Any order placed with CAD Instruments implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out below. No modifications may be made without the written agreement of CAD Instruments.

Photographs, technical specifications, and prices in our sales literature are provided for information purposes only; they are subject to change without notice and may not under any circumstances give rise to claims, as this information is supplied to us in good faith by our suppliers.
CAD Instruments reserves the right to modify or discontinue items from its product range without notice. All documents issued by our company (quotations, verification reports, calibration certificates, etc.) remain the property of CAD Instruments and may not be disclosed to third parties.

USE
All equipment, consumables, and reagents we sell are intended exclusively for laboratory use under the user's responsibility. Please note that products sold by CAD Instruments do not necessarily comply with French or foreign pharmacopoeias. After carrying out the necessary checks, the customer must ensure that the products comply with the pharmacopoeia currently in force. Users are solely responsible for any handling and experiments performed using our products. In particular, they must adhere to the manufacturer's usage guidelines, especially regarding personnel safety and hygiene regulations.
PRICES
Our prices are net, excluding tax; shipping and packaging costs are additional. Goods are always invoiced at the rates in effect on the day of delivery or shipment, regardless of the order receipt date and without prior notice. Our quotations are guaranteed for the validity period of the offer or quotation, with the exception of precious metals. After this period, CAD Instruments reserves the right to modify prices. In the event of fluctuations in the currency of the country of origin, changes in customs duties, or price increases by our suppliers between the time the order is placed and the invoicing date, CAD Instruments reserves the right to adjust prices in accordance with applicable regulations.
ORDERS
To avoid delivery errors, please ensure that your orders are clearly and accurately written, specifying part numbers, descriptions, quantities, etc. CAD Instruments accepts no liability for delivery errors resulting from imprecise information; any return costs shall be borne by the buyer. Receipt of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions; orders become binding on CAD Instruments only upon written confirmation by the company. CAD Instruments is released from its delivery obligations in cases of force majeure, such as fire, flood, machinery breakdown, strikes, war, or any other incident preventing or curtailing production. Similarly, CAD Instruments shall not be held liable in the event that the manufacturer itself refuses to deliver.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times indicated on our quotes, pro forma invoices, or order confirmations are estimate date only. We accept no liability for delivery delays. Under no circumstances may the customer cancel the order, nor may any late-delivery penalties be claimed. If the buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods on the date they are made available, CAD Instruments will take the necessary steps to store them under optimal conditions for a maximum period of 30 days. Storage and re-shipment costs shall be borne by the buyer.

SHIPMENTS
Goods are transported at the recipient's risk (Art. 100 of the Commercial Code), regardless of the agreed shipping method. It is therefore recommended to inspect the delivery upon receipt in the presence of the carrier, in order to verify the condition and complete contents of the packages. Our goods are packaged with the utmost care. Shipments may be insured on behalf of our customers against potential transport risks. Consequently, in the event of damage or missing items, it is the recipient's responsibility to note the appropriate reservations on the delivery slip, to send a formal claim via registered letter to the final carrier within three business days of receipt, and to forward a copy of this letter to us.
